Methylene blue is used in medaka fish keeping primarily to prevent fungus on eggs during incubation, added in small amounts (a few drops per gallon) to hatching containers.
It is effective against fungal infections and is often used during shipping or to treat unhealthy eggs.
Use in very diluted amounts so 1ml will last a very long time.
