3. Processing Times

• Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days

• Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays

• During busy periods, processing may take longer

• Custom orders will take longer and are dependant on the specific item

If there is a significant delay, we will contact you.

4. Shipping Methods and Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times:

• Standard UK Delivery: 2–5 business days

• Express UK Delivery: 1–2 business days

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

5. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are:

• Calculated at checkout at a flat rate according to the price charged by Royal Mail

• Free for orders over £50

Any customs duties or import taxes orders are the customer’s responsibility.

6. Order Tracking

If tracking is available, you will receive a tracking number by email once your order has been dispatched.
