"Tame" Series Small Square 3.0 Black - Suitable for Fry

Specialist, traditionally crafted Tamo net, made by an artisan in Japan.

The net is made of a stretchy fine meshed material, which is hand stitched onto a metal frame. 

Copper wire is used to attach the frame to wooden handles, taking advantage of the antibacterial properties of copper.

Lightweight and easy to use for capturing and scooping small, energetic Medaka.

The net’s depth is carefully proportioned to prevent Medaka from bouncing out of the net, making the capture process easier and safer for the fish.

The "Tame" Tamo series use a much denser, stretchier net material than the Standard and "Too Kind" series, which allows water to leak out at a far slower rate, thereby enabling the fish to safely remain in the net (outside water) for a longer time. This assists with viewing the fish as well as scooping.

The use of these genuine, authentic, and traditional Tamo is seen as a signature or mark of a serious Medaka enthusiast!
